New split
I have had a difficult time committing to consistent workouts with my graduate school schedule. Trying to fit in longer workouts even twice a week has been difficult. However, I just started a low volume “bro split” (I say it in quotes cause I do a second leg day which is abnormal). I can be in and out of my home gym in 20 minutes and throw a couple exercises at one body part basically every day. I’ve got 11 workouts in the last two weeks and I feel great! If anyone is curious, I attached my plans

Early morning workout today.
Kept it simple, just three explosive movements. Body’s feeling the last two days, but that’s part of the game. Not every session needs a long checklist… sometimes the win is just showing up when you said you would. Consistency isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing something. If you’re feeling worn down, simplify. Pick 1–3 movements. Do them well. Walk away proud. Keep building. Keep working hard. ☘️
