Definitely felt This one today! Legs are on fire feeling good ready for my little dog walk now. Lets go! I feel like I’m pushing for more and more but I want to stay consistent and not burn myself out. We gotta keep going and getting after it. 🔥

🔥 Wednesday Night Shoutout!
Mid-week and still moving forward. Quick shoutout tonight, @Chase Brown and @Frankie Orosco have both been leading from the front. Showing up every day, stacking workouts, getting stronger for themselves and their families. That’s what this whole thing is about: setting the example, doing what you know is right, the results will follow. Proud of you guys. Keep that momentum! For everyone else, drop one win from today.
