Stop Overcomplicating Your Training
Most people don’t need a new program. They need fewer decisions. If you’ve got: - Dumbbells - A bench - 30–45 minutes You can get strong right now. Today’s focus: Pick one movement you’ve been avoiding (split squats, rows, presses) and do: - 4 sets - Controlled reps Consistency beats novelty. Drop a comment: - What equipment are you actually using this week? - What’s the one lift you’re committing to?

I’ve been getting back to more barbell movements lately. More specifically, switching to front squats and trying to get my overhead press up
Vacation Setup
Here is my home gym setup for the last few days on my mini vacation
Vacation Setup
Sold my rack.
Not because racks aren’t great, they are. But this season called for less friction and more consistency. I’m minimizing my training for the time-being: - Free weights - Open space - Efficiency My PowerBlocks go up to 100, I’ve got kettlebells, and that covers everything I need to stay strong right now. This is a good reminder that the best gym setup isn’t the biggest or most impressive, it’s the one you’ll actually use. Curious to hear from you 👇 If you had to train with no rack for the next 6 months, what would your setup look like?

Did you get rid of the bar/plates too? Or just the rack
New split
I have had a difficult time committing to consistent workouts with my graduate school schedule. Trying to fit in longer workouts even twice a week has been difficult. However, I just started a low volume “bro split” (I say it in quotes cause I do a second leg day which is abnormal). I can be in and out of my home gym in 20 minutes and throw a couple exercises at one body part basically every day. I’ve got 11 workouts in the last two weeks and I feel great! If anyone is curious, I attached my plans

@Kyle Krancher happy to contribute to your vernacular. I saw it on a YouTube video and thought it was hilarious
Late Sunday check-in 💪
Had an awesome workout tonight, crushed legs with Uncle Frankie and wrapped up the week on a high note. Nothing crazy, just showing up, putting in the reps, and getting started on the week early instead of waiting for Monday to hit. Pumped for the days ahead. If you trained today, drop it below. If not, tomorrow’s a fresh start, let’s get after it. Check in when you do. Keep building. Keep working hard. ☘️

Didn’t workout yesterday. Ended up doing a lot of walking out in the cold with my wife instead at a local Christmas event. Hitting legs today tho!!
