Used up some things yesterday and made another juice which turned out really good !
This combo is essentially an anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, gut‑supporting, circulation‑boosting juice that can help energy, immunity, and blood sugar balance when used alongside an overall healthy diet. It will not “detox” or cure disease on its own, but it does pack a lot of supportive nutrients and plant compounds.
2 Carrots 🥕
1 medium size beet
1 Lemon 🍋
1 chunk Ginger root 🫚
1 piece Tumeric root
1 apple 🍎
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
2 cups coconut water coconut 🥥 💦
1/2 cup raw honey 🍯
Mix all ingredients in blender, strain & refrigerator 28-72 hours ! I drink early morning
My color is a lighter color due to my beets
Chioggia Beet are naturally striped. Some are a subtle yellow-and-orange combination while others come with a brilliant red-and-cream candy cane effect. Use them as you would other beets, and know that the stunning striping usually fades or even disappears when the beets are cooked.
I have two small jars of the paste after straining! This will be used into smoothies, my husband spreads on toasted artisan bread or homemade bagels .
