Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like youโ€ฆ dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughtsโ€ฆ itโ€™s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe spaceโ€ฆ 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.ย  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community sectionย  3. No posting โ€œwho else lives in New York?โ€ Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Vedic Wisdom: Bhagavad-Gita-Chapter 2, verse 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, part 3
Kแน›แนฃแน‡a is the Supreme Controller. His form is made of bliss, knowledge and eternity. He is the origin of all. He is the Master of the cows and the senses. He has no other origin and He is the primeval cause of all causes. (Brahma-saแนhitฤ 5.1) The various avatฤras are either plenary expansions or parts of plenary expansions. But Kแน›แนฃแน‡a is the original source of all avatฤras. When impious elements disturb His devotees, He manifests age after age in order to protect them. (ลšrฤซmad Bhฤgavatam 1.3.28) Only ลšrฤซ Hari (Kแน›แนฃแน‡a) should be worshipped as the Master of the entire universe. Brahmฤ, ลšiva and all other demigods never violate this principle at any time. (Padma Purฤแน‡a) When the Supreme Person descends in His human-like form, He is Kแน›แนฃแน‡a, the Supreme Brahman. (Viแนฃแน‡u Purฤแน‡a 4.11.2)

What is the hardest part of getting a result in something? Is it the action itself? Is it the lack of knowledge? No the hardest part actually is: Staying consistent. It is the repetitions. The discipline. The doing it every day even when you don't feel like it sort of attitude is what actually will get you the results that you want but how is it that you do this and how do you stick to this, that it's fun and enjoyable and not too difficult? Well let me cover just that and share what I learned. 1. Dopamine detox: If you significantly or completely cut out bad dopamines in your life, such as porn, video games, junk food, TV shows & movies social media and hyper-stimulating music, you will find that the task that you need to repeat and repeat constantly is easier because now you're motivated for it because you're not getting motivation/dopamine from the bad things that were your time. This will make you enjoy the process more, which will make you more consistent, undeniably. 2. Make a habit tracker I'll attach an image of this. It is a piece of paper with the day of the month at the top, the days of that month on the last side, and at the top the habit names and little shortened versions of them, then in all the rows draw tick-able boxes. If you do the habit, tick it. If you don't, X it out. It is as simple as that. That's a really good way to stay consistent if you see that constantly, also if you put this up visibly, or if you prefer, you could do it digitally but I recommend that you do it physically. That will really make a big difference. In the end simply just discipline is the biggest thing, while all the things I mentioned will help you, just the biggest thing in general is just to be disciplined. Again don't be a drill sergeant to yourself but hold yourself to a high standard. Talk to yourself and motivate yourself like you would to a best friend. You wouldn't let your best friend skip out on working on their trauma healing process if it meant a lot to them, right?
