During the guided breathwork, I noticed the constricting in my chest taking me back to a time as an infant... when it became unsafe to cry or express a need. As I tuned into that feeling, and moved the energy with my breath, I regained a sense of safety and felt a release of the tension in my chest, and some tears came through. Following that, I was able to sense more fluidity through my chakras and open to the pure blissful and loving energy. 💫What’s your BIGGEST takeaway from today’s call? Such a great experience today!
