we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Streaks
Hi guys! I wanted to share some things that are helping me hold on during an extremely uncertain, sad, stressful etc time. I've realized that I'm a streaker 😁 could be adhd, ptsd, single mom-dom, or just a me-thing. But regardless, it WORKS for me!! That being said, today will be day 36(!!) in a row that I've done what I call my car routine. The car is the only semi-private, semi-safe place I have right now. But I can now say that while it still doesn't feel automatic or easy, it IS a good thing for me! I set a timer when I go in there and let myself FEEL for 10 minutes. Believe it or not this has taken a LOT of work to even get to that point. ESPECIALLY when my life isn't figured out yet and the never ending chores aren't "finished"😅🤣 After I had done that for a while, I added another what I'm calling "anchor": phone is turned OFF for the night by 10 pm every night. And it "sleeps" outside my bedroom. I did this for several reasons but one of them was that I kept falling asleep with earbuds in my ear. Ouch 😅 Last night was night 14 of that routine. From there, I've now added yoga (today will be day 5 of that streak) and breathwork (today will be day 4 of that streak) The reason I'm sharing all of this is not because I think it is impressive haha. I just truly feel that I've gone through what I have (and am still going through) for a reason. And I believe part of that reason is to BE the encouragement for others who are struggling. I got the book atomic habits and it actually reiterates a lot of what I'm doing But that helps the part of my brain(programming) that "doesn't believe stuff on the internet" haha. Anyway, I just wanted to share what is helping me. Not only to "hold on for dear life", but to truly build a foundation. If anyone else is trying to build a positive habit, I would love to support you! Love you guys!

Lately, it honestly feels like I have stepped into a completely different world. Time moves forward relentlessly with or without us. But there is a profound, almost hidden beauty in our physical limitations the fact that we literally can't be in two places at the same time. It’s like a forced anchor. It strips away the urge to split your focus and forces you to show up with absolute, unconditional awareness for the exact room you are standing in right now. It reminds me of that beautiful Japanese concept 'Mono no Aware', about deeply feeling the magic of a moment while knowing it’s fleeting.
Take your time and hold it for a while...
