Mindset reads๐Ÿ“š
Hiiii! I've asked this in so many places and would love to see what comes out of this group! If anyone can see this, Iโ€™m looking to expand my mind a bit! What is the one mindset book that completely shifted the way you view your potential or how you show up for others?

@Vishad Doshi I love that recommendation! There is so much power in keeping self-development concepts simple and easy to digest so love easy to absorb language soo much, thank you for mentioning that! What is your biggest take away from this book?

@Rohit Nibariya Thank you for this! Never heard of these ones but will look into it. Learning to be okay with plateaus is a literal superpower. Most people give up there, but thatโ€™s actually where the magic is! Weโ€™re so conditioned to want constant upward lines, but falling in love with the plateau changes everything. How do you usually keep yourself grounded and motivated when you hit a plateau in real life?
We often hold our deepest affection back.
We often hold our deepest affection back, quietly fearing that expressing too much love makes us vulnerable or waiting for the "perfect" moment to show we care. But keeping your heart fiercely guarded does not protect you; it only starves the world of the profound light you were meant to share. The Buddha taught that Metta (loving-kindness) is never meant to be a passive, hidden emotion. In the ancient texts, it is described as a boundless, courageous energy that must be actively radiated outward. When you combine this with Muditaโ€”the unselfish, enthusiastic celebration of another person's joyโ€”loving loudly transforms into a powerful spiritual practice. It takes immense internal strength and self-respect to be someone's biggest advocate in a world that so often encourages cynicism, distance, and emotional restraint. Never let the fear of being "too much" silence your profound capacity for compassion. Speak your praise, champion the dreams of those you hold dear, and refuse to hide the depth of your care. The courageous love you freely pour into others is the most enduring, beautiful legacy you will ever leave behind. #metta #mudita #lovingkindness #buddhistwisdom #mindfulcompassion

This is so incredibly beautiful and hits so deep. Loving loudly takes so much immense internal strength, especially when the world tries to condition us to keep our hearts fiercely guarded and play it safe. I love how you brought in Metta and Mudita as active, boundless energies rather than just passive emotions (just read about that for the first time ever, thank you). When you are intentionally breaking through that old conditioning of emotional restraint to actively radiate that loving-kindness outward, how do you manage the initial friction or vulnerability that comes up in the nervous system when you first start pouring out that courageous love?

@Vishad Doshi I love this! That first part is actually something I learnt in a nervous system regulation course, it's amazing how much you can use it in different ways! "Through practice and staying kind to ourselves, we can build a path towards giving love (whatever that looks like) from a place of repaired self worth" I will remember this forever! thank you.
Things Can't Go Bad Forever
Do you feel hopeless? Do you feel downhearted and like things are just going to stay the way they are if they're going bad? Well if so, read on because I just want to say things will not go bad forever, as you can see in the title I wrote. What do I mean by this? If you're trying to obtain success in something unpredictable, like business, something of that nature, then your like "Is this ever going to work?" and all that, just know that if you persevere, you keep going no matter what. Things will not go bad forever. The universe is giving in this way and this does also apply in your trauma healing journey. If youโ€™re practicing the trauma-healing habit, bringing up and processing emotion and repeating that. If you feel youโ€™re doing that and think, โ€œOh, this is bad, itโ€™s not working,โ€ you just have to keep going. Eventually the fruits of your labor will show. Keep this in mind: Donโ€™t give up. Donโ€™t get demotivated. Thank you for reading. I hope it was valuable.

This is exactly what I needed to read today, such a powerful reminder that the universe always shifts if you just stay the course and keep doing the internal work. I love your bio and how you help people find genuine happiness. Since you talk about the trauma healing journey not staying bad forever, what is the biggest somatic block or emotional release you usually see people experience right before they finally hit that breakthrough and find real, internal happiness?
