Let me tell you a story, whenever I was younger I used to believe that healing my trauma was not possible.
My limiting beliefs were not just in trauma healing, but It was for all the things in my life.
I would be like, "Oh there's no way it's possible for me to, start, a YouTube channel."
Basically I had so many limiting beliefs and this held me back in all areas of life and particularly trauma healing.
And I just want to say it is possible to do whatever you want.
And your action step from this post is just to identify those limiting beliefs and reframe them to a positive one and just understand that these beliefs:
Why do you believe it?
Does this belief support me?
Answer that honestly, and that will show you the beliefs you want to keep with you and the ones you need to eliminate.
Just eliminate limiting beliefs and only have good positive ones.
