Sedona …
Guess who’s going ? Meeee.
Reasons:
1) LOVED the workshops and group work with the last one .
2) ummm Sedona is gorgeous and rejuvenating
3) hiking
4) sharing stories . Last time , I made personal connections in face to face vulnerability , it was refreshing to interact outside of the internet
5) it was fun
6) I learned things about myself that contributed positively to my growth.
7) experiences that I didn’t know I wanted - below was a native group dancing to the sun setting for solstice . It was magical .
8) good coaching too
