Kind to yourself
We really need to be speaking nicely kindly to ourself from time to time gotta check in and be kind to yourself and allow yourself to be who you are in the present whether it's judgement , fear , stress ,sad
We don't need to figure everything out now answers will come eventually trust we'll be able to recieve it believe in ourself that we are capable of handling it
Anxiety is future and depressed is past
Gotta actively allow yourself to stay in the present
It's so amazing that we get caught up in random life struggles and forget to enjoy our life no matter if anyone thinks you're a burden or anything still it's your life you get to live is worth being grateful for
I always blammed myself for being kind to people who hurted me I resented them I still do but I think it's waste of energy it's exhausting to hate someone and to stay angry with them in hopes for people to finally see your hurt I guess that's what moving on is choosing to forgive them for yourself
These days what I'm posting is very vulnerable of me I really hate to be this open as I had trust issues didn't felt so comfortable sharing everything I share I cringe at my post afyerways ahhh it feels embarrassing to express myself like this 🥹
