I used to be the “I’ll start tomorrow” type. Snoozed the alarm, skipped workouts, stayed on my phone way too long.
What changed everything was realizing that motivation wasn’t coming to save me.
So I built structure instead, same wake-up time, gym in the morning, clear goals. It was hard at first, but day by day, it got easier.
What I learned?
Discipline isn’t about feeling ready. It’s about doing it anyway, especially when you don’t feel like it.
And once you prove to yourself that you can show up when it's hard, your confidence starts to grow fast.
