What’s the one non-negotiable part of your morning routine? That one habit you have to do, or your whole day is just not the same? For me, it’s exercising. Whether it’s a gym session or a run, I need to get my body moving early. It wakes me up, clears my mind, and sets the tone for the rest of the day. If I skip it, I feel slower, less focused, and not fully on. I love the hit of good dopamine, serotonin and endorphin after I leave the gym. What about you?
