Motivation is always great, but it disappears quickly. You watch a video, read something inspiring, and feel very good about doing something. But the next morning? You’re tired, it’s cold, and suddenly that motivation is gone.
That’s why I rely on discipline.
I don’t always feel like doing the things I have to do. But I do them anyway. Because I made a promise to myself. That’s the difference.
Discipline is what shows up when motivation doesn’t. And the more you practice it, the more natural it becomes.
