Have you ever heard that the brain can focus deeply on one thought or goal while filtering out distractions? Joe Dispenza calls this Single-Minded thinking.
According to this perspective, when the mind becomes fully focused on a desired outcome, limiting or conflicting thoughts are less likely to enter the process, allowing more mental attention and energy to be directed toward that specific goal, as if the brain is giving more space to the program associated with that desire.
Dispenza connects this idea to the function of the frontal lobe and, ultimately, to what he calls the Quantum Intelligent Field.
