New instructor training program
Dear fellow HIT biz owners,
I would love to pick the brains of those of you who feel they have a sure-fire, top-notch, fool-proof program to train new instructors to get them ready to be put on the floor training clients.
I have my way and am learning that is, well, sucks. It's inefficient and takes me so much of my time.
Could anyone share their process? Thanks!!
