I know it's early but I have had to accept that my days must start early if I want to get things done. I am in several groups that are important to me and in order to show up and connect, I will have to start early...so here I am! This a pivot that's going to help me be consistent. I have so much that I want to achieve and always had the excuse of I don't have time, but I do. In order to show up for me, it's early, early mornings. What's one way you are adjusting your schedules to be able to show up consistently?

The (free) Healed Human Course now has an adjacent Handbook in the classroom to use, and only for $27. This truly allows in depth support for healing for those who do not want to invest in the bigger community offerings. This base course is important for the future courses to build off the principles of being trauma informed in our offerings as service providers, healers, and leaders!
