Here's the difference: Old Leadership operates through control, secrecy, authority, fear, guardedness, and image-protection. New Leadership operates through collaboration, shared power, transparency, emotional attunement, accountability, wellness, and embodied wisdom. The shift from old → new leadership isn’t instant — it’s a practice, an ongoing unlearning and re-patterning.
