I'm trying to get a realistic idea of how much time and money I should expect to spend on sales.
I just watched Day 1 of the Start-A-Skool Challenge (which was gold!) These are some example numbers that were shared, and I've got some questions.
1) $50,000 in revenue - $10,000 in ad spend = $40,000 profit... but I don't see a cost for the setters. How much would I pay a setter for the 50 hours? And is there a commission paid for conversions?
2) 5-10 hours doesn't seem like enough time for 100 sales calls, so are those insight calls where the conversions happen, or will there be another call for that?
