How do you get out of a funk? 😕
Full disclosure... I recently found myself in a bit of a funk
As a coach and a leader, I can struggle with this because I often feel a pressure to be the one with all the answers (can you relate???)
I know logically that no one is perfect but to this day I have a hard time surrendering to a few days where, for whatever reason, I just feel off.
And it's hard to say but it's true -> I don't always have all the answers.
Sometimes, I need help.
Sometimes I need some advice and a different perspective.
AND -> I would love to hear yours 🙏🏽
➡️ What's your GO-TO strategy to shift out of a "funk"?

A few things that have worked for me...
What I've learned about myself is that I usually need to decompress when this happens and empty my mind (I also need to spend less time online).
And to start shifting the funk... I double down on sleep, cleaning up my diet, and I read something fictional. I workout on a regular basis so during these times I might take a day or two off to focus on recharging.
Most of the time I'm back rocking and rolling a few days later but sometimes it lingers.
Part of being human? Part of the journey of entrepreneurship?
The answer is probably something wise like, 👴🏻 "It is not bad to be in a funk... it is only bad to think the funk is bad to begin with"
What do you think?
