I have been playing around with an automation tool called n8n. I have been able to set up an automation that checks the momences sales each day, adds the cash sales into xero and transfers the the value of any gift cards purchased out of the sales account into the Gift card liability account. I had been considering the Bookkeeping add on for momence but with these tools, I can get the same result without the added cost!

I've spent all year working on out Momence Sequences to maintain the customer engagement and conversion. I mapped it all out to make sure I had everything covered.
