About time that I dropped in my intro. So here it is. Allowed me to play around with some AI editing tools too. 😊
Would like your thoughts...
Below is the list of free courses/topics being created. Questions: - Initial thoughts, do any of these spark interest? Or do any of these seem like nonsense? - Any suggestions to anything I am missing? - How do you learn? Best way to present these? - Currently just going to do a quick write up with a loom style video. Would love to do a large butcher paper type video down the road. But really just looking to smash these out as quick as possible. Filming starts tomorrow! 1. Owner Identity & Direction - Personal & business ideal scenes - Studio model alignment (lifestyle / growth / craft) - Owner role on the timetable + time matrix - Accountability vs delegation - Defining your version of success 2. @Erin Puckett Thanks for letting me know.
Momence Sequences Conditional checks are OR not AND
Toady I learned that in the momence sequences, the true/false condition checks are OR not AND so if 1 of the conditions is true they go to the true action. I had assumed that they were AND so that all conditions needed to be true to go to the true condition. Back to the drawing board for my sequences map 😅

Do you think it is worth to add a Things CRMs don't tell you FAQ in here that people can review? Because I have also witnessed some BS in Momence that is not on their help page nor do they mention anywhere. Then you ask them directly and their response is just, "Sorry no".
Momence Customer & Membership backups
I had a though pop into my brain this morning, if Momence goes down or folds or we lose access to it for any reason, our business is in shambles. Customer data and active memberships all lost. So now i am doing a daily back up of our customer list and active memberships each day so we never have to worry!

Has this also been automated? I feel like this would be one of the easier things to do? Run a Cron Job(Def below) out of the CRM to a excel or google sheets in your cloud drive folder and it updates daily only items that have been added? Would save you time and brain space? P.S. Thoughts? -time for a definitions page in courses? Cron Job - A cron job is a time-based job scheduler in Unix-like operating systems (Linux, macOS) used to automate repetitive tasks, such as running scripts, backups, or system maintenance at fixed times or intervals.
