Something I’ve been thinking about is how much of running a fitness studio goes beyond actually helping people get fit. Getting new clients is important, but keeping those clients engaged, happy, and coming back consistently seems like a completely different challenge. You can have great workouts and a strong community, but there are still so many things happening behind the scenes, onboarding, follow-ups, communication, sales, retention, finances, and now even AI and automation. So I’m curious: For studio owners and solo trainers, what part of the business side takes the most time or energy right now? And I’d love to hear from the owner too—if you could help every studio owner improve just ONE area of their business, which one would you choose and why?
