Question on using GHL For HIPAA compliant practices

Hey everyone, first question to this community:

I work a lot with medical practices, and so they tend to have concerns with marketing and their HIPAA compliance.

HIPAA is usually quite concerned with SMS texting, so I'm wondering if even on the GHL HIPAA plan, if SMS texting would remaining HIPAA compliant (especially if the therapist is saying the name of the person in the two way texting). I have heard from some others that you need additional HIPAA compliance through TWILIO that is quite pricey.

Thoughts?
