Question about Message Campaigns

If we would like to offer a free 1 time message marketing campaign to businesses to show them how we can benefit them. How do we send texts to their customers and be compliant with messaging laws?

Because their customers may not have specifically agreed to be messaged. My plan is to get a phone number in my account for free trial and if they decide that they want to continue using my service then I will transfer it to their sub account however. Will I put my business sub account in jeopardy if I message without expressed or confirmed consent?
