Porting Aussie Number (DialPad) to LC

I have an Australian client who is currently using DialPad and wants to port their number to LC. We have found this article - https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48001211919-porting-your-telephone-number-non-twilio-number-to-a-location - but the Porting Form says "US Numbers Only". The International Porting Form takes us to Twilio. So we are a bit confused. We have have contact GHL a number of time, but they just keep referring us to these forms. Would really appreciate if someone could shed light on the process. Thank you!
