Pay Per Show ?

Has any body implemented a pay-per-show payment model? I'm considering it for a client that can't afford $1500 + ad spend for running ads.

I have a few questions on how it would work:

What price would you suggest? (I'm in Med Spa space)
How do you track 'shows'? Is it an honor system with the owner updating the opportunity when the client shows?
How do you process payment? Automatically charge their credit card each time an opportunity is marked as showed or group the charges somehow
In general, is this a good or bad approach?
