I recently bought a new domain for email outreach and created 5 subdomains.
For each GHL (GoHighLevel) sub-account, I set up 5 email using one of the subdomains. For example:
I followed the same pattern for the remaining sub-accounts and subdomains.
The issue I'm facing is that when someone sends me an email, I don’t receive it. I've even signed up for several newsletters, but nothing comes through. However, when I send out emails, the recipient sees them, and if they reply, I can view the reply. The problem occurs when someone tries to send me a brand-new email—I don’t see it in the conversation tab.
I’ve already submitted a support ticket about this issue, but it’s been over a week and I haven’t received any response or resolution. Pls can anyone help me
