Need help - Multi-Page Wufoo Style Form in GHL

Has anyone had success creating a multi-page form in GHL?

Trying to build a multi-step form that first collects lead info, then collects info about their practice (dental), and then shows calendar to schedule call. However, only solution I've found so far is to daisy-chain multiple forms embedded in multiple funnel step pages and trigger the "submit" (displayed "Next Step") button.

In some ways this is ideal because I more or less have achieved "partial submission" tracking by collecting the full lead info and text opt-in after the first page (so I can put them in an auto drip / DR campaign for my own agency). However, it's not as ideal because I can't figure out how to display a progress bar at the top of the page to drive them forward to completion.
