Guys, I need some advice to see if you can help or give me ideas. Here's the situation: I'm someone with limited time and budget, and I honestly want to get this project off the ground.

I've been delayed in starting to promote it because I want to make a demo that I haven't finished yet due to lack of time.

What would be the best way to offer it if I can't invest in advertising right now?

Attracting people to a page with an on-demand demo (pre-recorded).

Attracting people to schedule a live demo (zoom).

My intention is to promote the software and handle the setup, not to offer lead generation or ad services. I haven't done online advertising for over 2 years.

At the same time, I'm thinking of downgrading to the starter and going the affiliate route. I'd say I'm a bit lost right now.
