Any HVAC and home service marketing folks interested in partnering on a revenue operations agency for HVAC shops?
We're an agency running revenue operations for HVAC contractors, full done for you. Not a tool, we handle it end to end. Already got one real client call booked through it.
Demand side isn't the hard part once someone actually looks at it. Finding people who already know HVAC owners is what I haven't cracked yet.
Looking for 1-2 people who already work with HVAC contractors and could make a couple of warm intros.
Structure could be percentage of monthly revenue, or a hybrid depending on the partner.
Good fit for someone who already has relationships with contractors and wants to monetize that without doing any of the build or delivery work.
