LC Email services sending from Agency and not sub-account Issue

I am testing sub accounts email services via LV set up correctly. Testing the email campaigns and flows on dummy dummy emails. Prior to going live. Then I noticed that the sender email was my agency email and not the sub account email and I have no idea how to fix that. Haven’t seen it before and I can’t imagine 1000s of email going out on all sub accounts with the agency email address is correct. Support could not help either
