Journey to build my first agency 🚀

I’m Stuart, and I’m from the UK. I’m just starting out on my journey to build my first agency. 🚀

I’ve dabbled a bit with Google and Facebook ads, so I have some basic experience there, but I’m feeling pretty lost when it comes to building and pricing an offer for potential clients.

Is anyone else in the same boat, or has anyone cracked the code on this? I’d love to hear any tips, advice, or resources that have helped you figure this out!
