Those struggling with A2P might check out Extendly, they have a free snapshot, course, and cheatsheet for A2P, I have put it to work, and it's worked out well. There is also an agency version ( also free) that includes a course in the snapshot that you can give to your clients.... pretty slick and came in very helpful.
