How to Scale a Real Estate Business with AI and Automation? Feedback Welcome 🤖📈

🧠 Hey community! I recently dove into the world of AI and automation—and I’m loving it. I want to tap into your experience because I need to scale my real estate business here in Argentina, and I’m currently building a digital system for lead generation and nurturing, focused (initially) on attracting property owners who want to rent out their homes (sales will come later).

🧩 Tools I’m planning to use:

Make and n8n for automation workflows.
Go High Level as the main CRM.
Currently using Tokko Broker (a real estate CRM that republishes listings to different property portals—this is where I receive inquiries).

The idea is to also integrate WhatsApp and an AI agent to qualify leads automatically.

📌 I’m in charge of everything—from content creation, ad campaigns, CRM setup, automation flows, to lead pre-qualification. Once the lead is ready, I pass it to my team (we’re 4 agents) so they can handle property valuation, listing, renting, or selling.

🎯 My goals:

Generate qualified leads on a consistent basis.
Save my team’s time.
Scale without relying solely on manual prospecting.

🚀 Here’s the system I’m envisioning:

🔹 Phase 1:

AttractionMeta Ads + Organic Content (Reels, Shorts, Stories).

Traffic driven to social media profiles or landing pages

🔹 Phase 2:

NurturingLanding pages with lead magnets + email automation.

Remarketing with valuable content (more lead magnets + CTAs).

🔹 Phase 3:

ConversionAll qualified traffic goes to WhatsApp.

A trained AI chatbot answers questions, explains services, and tries to schedule a call if there's genuine interest.

At that point, I take over, prequalify, and hand off to the right team member.

☁️ I want every step to be clearly logged into GoHighLevel, so we can track each lead’s journey and pass them to the appropriate agent with their own sales pipeline.
