How do you choose niche?

How do you make your choice? I’ve been struggling to decide which one to seriously commit to. Every time I picked one, I started watching YouTube videos about it, but I haven’t really found anything helpful so far. I even checked the Meta Ads Library, but didn’t come across any ads that truly convinced me — at least, I didn’t find them impressive.

What are the criteria you used when making your decision?

Maybe I should stop expecting YouTube to give me all the answers and try to figure things out for myself instead?
