Robb does not allow access to most of HL to his clients, and when he does, its just conversations, and maybe a pipeline movement.
In my agency I have tossed in a 12 week, 45 minute zoom (once per week) to do client check up / what happens next, or gym front desk closing the appointments coming in (sales scripting to convert more appointments to memberships) This zoom will help with questions, sales training, cover the results from the past 7 days, (example, we were able to SMS text 400 past members(100 per day, 4 days a week) [you had a 10% SMS response rate] 40 total booked appointments and gym closed 20 members. [50% close rate of the gym]
(20 members X $80.00 gym fees made the gym $1600.00 income this week, not counting reoccurring revenue of the next 3 months.
During the zoom, you can go over sales closing scripts included in Robb's videos
( inside the classroom, look at the war chest videos, the sub section Facebook groups on steroids, then go down to classroom content examples, watch the 5 linked videos (million dollar membership script is about training the front desk on closing leads)
Going back to the high up front cost, lets say $3000.00 for 3 months, is $1000 / month
in week one you brought in $1600 to the gym. $1600 * 4 weeks of 1st month = $6400.00 for the first month.

as part of your sales to close the gym owner (which ever niche you go for), walk the owner through just as I have, put in their gym membership fee, do 8% math on the SMS to appointments, and set 30% closed appointments to members.
run the math and show the owner, that in three months of reoccurring revenue, the gym can 3x or 5 x the large up front investment.
when was the last time you could buy $19,000.00 with $3,000 in 3 months?
Then walk the owner through what emotion would their family have, with an additional $15,000 could that afford new gym equipment, a long lost family vacation, pay off medical debt, pay off mortgage, or car debt? with the $15,000 could the owner hire a manager to run the gym, and have the owner step back to be with family?
by walking the owner through pain points first, you can change what solutions your business has to offer. Then math the benefit of working with your agency. small agency, with your personal number, and the owner is on a first name basis. (compared to say a FB Ads lead agency where the owner is just an account number.
Then ask the owner what would $15,000 grant them?
Also in the initial sales to the gym owner, ask if they are looking to sell the gym in the next 5 years. Many times in order to sell, they look back 1 - 3 years at monthly membership numbers, so by you boosting the numbers, the sale at say 3x or 4 x total yearly revenue, will boost the net sale of the gym. Plus now that your system is in place with all HL has to offer, the gym will be positioned much better on google, and having organic search draw even more people to the gym.
Me personally, i am about 1/2 month out from my first client, I have $3,999.00 set up fee, and $499.00 monthly recuring fees. With the $15,000 you could maybe bring in to a gym, might as well capture some $$$$ dollar bills for your business.
I will say that i will cut the set up fee by 75% for the first few gyms in order for them to create a case study to put on my website. I will land 3-4 gyms this way, then full price after. about gym 10 with automations in place, and a better understanding of value ($$$) i can bring a gym, i will be raising my prices.

A little hack I have found, is that you can download the Skool app, and or sign in online (on your smart device), and watch the classroom training videos on the go. Use your home wifi to buffer a few minutes of video to watch in down time or spare time. Hopefully your cell service will buffer the rest of the video while on the go. This increases the speed of learning, while cutting out distractions during down time. You can go back to the videos at home to finished them, and or to download the extras. A2P 10 DLC HELP?
This is one i watched, was able to get vetted within one day. You have to make the changes to your website before submitting. So when it asks if you have a check box for leads to have to click before submitting their information to your forms, it needs to be there, (i think it says that you have to have by clicking on submit, you consent to us using your data to contact you via SMS, email etc. ) This allows the leads to understand what they are submitting. Watch the whole video, and work on changing your landing page or website before applying.
