Setting everything up to send my first DR campaign.
Working with a realtor who recently became a loan originator and is trying to get some clients.
The database has around 600 people not including past clients and possible B2B referral sources.
Most of the contacts are 1 year+ old so I let's see how much can that affect the results but got some systems in place to hopefully squeeze as much as possible.
Any advice from anyone in the RE or Mortgage niche will be much appreciated.
