DBR semantics

So this might be my first post in this group and it’s actually a question. I do plan on adding value. I’m curious with the database reactivation strategy if you’re setting up a staff account for the client and running everything through that?

The other option is doing it all ourselves and taking on the cost of the texting emailing I assume in exchange for the fee charged. I’m not able to get into some parts of this course yet so I’m curious if anyone has any feedback.
