DR 4-location franchise gym

We are about to start a DR for a 4-location franchise gym. The database is huge, and the owner agreed to try DR at all locations simultaneously.
Did anyone run an offer promoting 3 months free, conditional to purchasing a one-year membership?
Would like to hear your thoughts, we are onboarding client tomorrow and kicking DR off on Tuesday.
