I’m encountering an issue and would appreciate your input.
I’ve added the Fitness/MA Dr 1 10-Day Pass Snapshot to my GHL account, and everything works fine until I manually add a lead’s appointment time to the calendar. Here’s what’s happening:
- I created a test contact and added the Fitness/MA 10-Day Pass automation (using the +Add button under Automations).
- The first message was sent automatically, and everything seemed to work as expected.
- However, after manually adding the booking/appointment time and date, I’m not receiving the confirmation SMS message.
Additionally, I’m not receiving the email notification that a new lead has booked an appointment.
To test, I added my personal email address to the sub-account, but unfortunately, no notification email came through.
If anyone has encountered this issue before and knows how to resolve it, please let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
