Appointment Confirmation Trouble Shooting

All, would love advice on what I'm doing wrong.

BLUF: testing an appointment confirmation automation via SMS in GHL using myself as a contact with an appointment scheduled but confirmation text fails to pull in appointment date or time.

Trigger: Appointment Status

Filters:

Event Type: Normal

In Calendar: Client Dental Clinic

Appointment Status is: New

SMS message:

"Hi {{contact.first_name}}, it's Ashley with {{location.name}}. You have an appointment on {{appointment.only_start_date}} at {{appointment.only_start_time}}."

Added myself (as a contact with appointment scheduled for Sept 8th at 10 AM) to the campaign.

SMS I received today was as follows:

"Hi Dan, it's Ashley with Client Dental Clinic. You have an appointment on at ."

What am I doing wrong? Why is it not pulling in the date and time?
