A2P registration

Looking for some clarity/advise on A2P process. Ive established my agency but when I go to register the phone its requesting EIN and legal documentation for the company (which at the moment I dont have), should I just register as a business that doesnt have EIN? If doing so do I still have to have TOS to comply with the carriers? Whats been your experience with this? How have you gotten a your number registered? TIA
