Even though I signed up for the 30 day DR Activation trial, I have no indication in my Go High Level account that I have the upgrade. When I spoke with the High Level people on the phone they said they did not see anything in my account either that indicated I had the upgrade, after they looked in my account as well. They also said that one the only person that can get the upgrade credit is the person I signed up with initially. What am I to do now? I cannot fix this problem and according to the administrators at High Level, neither can they.
