Strong performance

So today we played against an academy team. We are in the run up to our big tournament so we played 15 min quarters.

I had an absolutely brilliant game. I made some awesome saves and smothered lots of through balls. My distribution was on point apart from one throw that slipped. The goals conceded were follow ups to shots I saved but the attackers got the follow up.

They have a player that I have known for years and he has never scored against me. It's a running joke between our families that he is cursed. I stopped two shots of his today. And saved his penalty in a shootout we did at the end. All in all a wet but awesome game.
