Pre-match motivation
Before every match I remind myself of a few things:
“Confidence comes from preparation.”
“Stay calm, stay focused, make the next save.”
“One save can change the whole game.”
As goalkeepers we have a big responsibility, but also a big opportunity to make the difference for our team.
