Pre academy opportunity

Morning all I'm after some advice and thought this would be the best place to ask. Harry has been invited to a new training centre which is for Academy players and players identified as close to transitioning into the academy which is brilliant, the problem lies with the training night clashes with his grassroots teams training and both have said he needs to attend training which i understand. They are opposite ends of the county so going to both isn't an option. What would you guys do in this situation? Its been said he may still get a trial if he shows development within the pathway he's on now and stays training with his grassroots and carries on his hub training but he's been doing it for 18 months and only got offered this opportunity by playing a match in front of the right person a few months ago. If he takes this opportunity, he will likely have to change grassroots teams. Sorry for the long post
