So this is how the night started played amazing should of had POTM however we gave it to another player (parent politics)

However wasn’t all straight forward looks like we’ve picked up a broken nose after a silly incident

Fred came out smothered the ball the attacker had plenty of time to pull out but decided to lunge in sliding with both feet and nail him straight in the face ( he’s fine got up carried on after wiping the bloody away)

2 questions

1) at u8 I know it’s difficult for the refs but I would of anticipated their coach taking him off for a rest and explain why he can’t do what he did however he didn’t and just shouted the ball was there to be won it was a 50/50

2) any advice how to get blood out of our gloves don’t want to put anything harsh on the palms and kill them
