How do you warm up pre Match

With the weather not being the best hopefully your game is on.Another great week and all keepers have taken the standard to the next level,consistency is key 💪🧤

I’ve chatted to a few groups about how they warm up before a game,listening to a few and how they warm up ,just some advice,

You won’t learn anything in the warm up ,so keep it simple.

Handling -volleys to chest and at feet,

Distribution-short pass & long pass

High balls-served out the hands.

Pitches are wet so I’d avoid diving to stay dry-

Wear a jacket ,keep as dry as possible,if available warm up in a different top than your playing shirt,carry a towel for your gloves ,to keep them as dry as possible .

I know teams like a shooting drill but I wouldn’t even get involved,staying dry is important,once wet & cold , concentration & focus becomes hard.

When warming up take weather & pitch conditions into account 👊🧤
