I see plenty of grassroots GKs being warmed up before a game,i read a post earlier about washing kit after warm up. Most GKs don’t have a change of kit or access to changing facilities. Keep the warm up simple,handling ,passing,a few thrown high balls,if the conditions are wet/ muddy I’d avoid diving ,once wet/ muddy you’ll soon get cold. How many of you get put in goal for a shooting drill ,at the end of the warm up or end of training? Do you need a goal for your match warm up? How much space do you need?

Having served my Country in a very disciplined service,everything I was taught I take into my football, Time keeping,don’t be late, Clean kit ,gloves ,boots Respect,your coaches,teammates,opponents Look after equipment,balls,goals etc. Play,train with a smile❤️🧤

A huge well-done to the incredible members of this community who have taken the time to honour Remembrance Sunday. ❤️ In a world that feels more chaotic and uncertain with each passing day, it’s never been more important to pause… to reflect… and to remember the brave young men and women who gave their tomorrow, so we could have our today. Their courage, their sacrifice, and their love for something greater than themselves is the reason we enjoy the freedoms and opportunities we have now. We must never take that for granted. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to take a moment today — even just 60 seconds — to reflect, to teach your children, or to share a small tribute.
